    YMCQ series magnetic-drive pump is a hi-tech product which applies the working principle of permanent magnet coupling into centrifugal pumps, with reasonable design, advanced technology, has features of full seal, non-leakage, corrosion resistance, ect.

The magnetic drive device uses unique coupling structure of intensive magnetic type pull-push circuit, has small volume, torque, eddy current, and good reliability (no slip possibility).No noise, no vibration. The power transmission system is not in steel connection, the shaft and motor shaft is coupled by the magnetic force, belongs to non-contact flexible connection. It uses siding bearing, thus has a very high concentricity and perpendicularity. The pump doesn’t produce vibration or noise when in operation, in addition to the motor itself.The pump has a unique axial force balance system, thus makes thrust bearing end and siding bearing end do not produce mechanical friction when in operation, has features of low natural wear rate, low fault rate, and long maintenance cycle.This series of pumps is based on static seal instead of dynamic seal, makes pump room completely sealed, canceling shaft seal, using magnetic coupling indirect driving, so troubles of run, drip and leak can be eliminated and absolutely no pollution.
